National Loans and Financing ("National Loans and Financing," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website applynlf.com and related pages (the "Site") and provides a business-funding referral and matching service (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
National Loans and Financing is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We are a marketing and lead-generation service that connects business owners with third-party funding partners ("Funding Partners"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you complete our application or contact us, we collect the information you submit, which may include: your name, business name, business phone number, email address, average monthly revenue range, time in business, industry, the amount of funding you are seeking, and any other details you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and how you interact with the Site.
Information from advertising platforms. If you reach us through an ad, we may receive limited information about that ad and your interaction with it.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or government-issued ID numbers through the Site's application form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match you with, and refer you to, Funding Partners who may be able to provide business funding;
- Contact you about your funding request and related offers (see "Your Consent to Be Contacted" below);
- Operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site and Services;
- Measure and improve our advertising and marketing, including through the platforms described in Section 4;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information as follows:
- With Funding Partners. This is a core purpose of our Service. When you submit an application, we share the information you provide with one or more third-party Funding Partners and their affiliates so they can evaluate your request and contact you with potential offers. Each Funding Partner's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- With service providers. We use vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and marketing.
- With advertising and analytics platforms, as described in Section 4.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your information for money. However, our sharing of information with Funding Partners and advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. See Section 6 for your choices.
4. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Site, to measure ad performance, and to deliver relevant advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Where enabled, these tools may use limited information you submit (such as a hashed version of your email address or phone number) to help match your activity to your account on those platforms for advertising measurement and optimization. This data is hashed before it is shared and is used to improve ad relevance and reporting.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and can control ad personalization through the settings offered by the relevant platforms (for example, your Facebook ad preferences) and industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
5. Your Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting the application form and checking the consent box, you agree that National Loans and Financing and its Funding Partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — regarding your funding request and related offers, including through automated dialing technology or pre-recorded or artificial voice messages.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. You may also contact us using the details in Section 10 to request that we stop contacting you.
6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising.
- Marketing opt-out. Reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us.
- Opt out of sale/sharing. To opt out of our sharing of your personal information with Funding Partners or for cross-context behavioral advertising, contact us at the email in Section 10 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
- State-specific rights. Residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may exercise the rights described above by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
