National Loans and Financing is a business-funding company that helps small businesses access working capital by matching them with third-party funding partners and providers. National Loans and Financing is not a lender or a bank and does not make credit decisions.

All funding is provided by independent third-party funding partners and is subject to their review, criteria, and approval. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund any advance ourselves. Any agreement for funding is solely between you and the applicable funding partner, and their terms and conditions will govern that relationship.

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for funding, and we do not guarantee any particular funding amount, rate, term, or timeline. Any figures, ranges, or examples on our website are for general illustration only and are not offers. Products described are revenue-based funding (advances repaid as a percentage of sales), not loans.

You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are authorized to submit information on behalf of your business; and
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

By submitting a form and providing consent, you authorize us to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone call and text message. You may opt out at any time as described there.

The content, design, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to National Loans and Financing and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Loans and Financing and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any funding obtained through a funding partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Loans and Financing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
